April Recap

Oh my! Where has the time gone?! Compared to March, April was more relaxed which I appreciated. This month also marks 6 months of me being a private trainer! Sometimes I’m still in disbelief that I’m doing what I love and being my own boss. I have to pinch myself sometimes to make sure it’s real! I’m so proud of myself and how far I’ve come!

This month was filled with brainstorming, reflection, and rest. I felt a surge of creativity, and I’ve been thinking of new ways to prospect clients, give more to my current clients, and create more exciting content and projects. On my Youtube channel, I had a brilliant idea of making a “How To” series where I teach people how to do a certain exercise. Sometimes we just need a little reminder or maybe we really don’t know how to do the exercise, and we’re embarrassed to ask. I created this series in hopes of teaching and helping people! I’ve also thought about making brand stickers, spicing up online training, and creating a new product (not sure exactly what that is yet) that could help people with their fitness or nutrition. I’ve also had clients come back and new clients start training with me which I’m always so honored and grateful for!

I have gotten much better with balancing work and play. I recently started reading the ACOTAR series which I’m obsessed with! In 3 weeks, I finished the first 3 books! Insane, I know. I’ve enjoyed time with myself and recharging my introvert batteries as well as socializing with friends. At the end of April, my friends and I had a spa day to celebrate our early birthdays! We had so much fun and it was a well deserved spa day!

April was a great month, and I’m eager to see what May (my birthday month) has in store for me!
