5 Tips To Relieve Allergy Symptoms

Spring has sprung which means allergies are here too. Here are some tips to relieve allergy symptoms!

  1. Apple cider vinegar, ginger, honey – add it in water/tea
    • Some say eating local honey can help with allergies.
  2. Keep windows closed – Keep the allergens away!
  3. Warm shower/bath – use a shower melt for extra relief
    • The effervescent shower tablets are great. You can also use Vapor Rub if you’re stuffy. Use it as you would when you have a cold or cough.
  4. Work out earlier or later in the day
  5. Use an air purifier – This will help remove any allergens that happen to get into your home so you can breathe better!
