We all know how important drinking enough water is for our health, but I’ve had clients tell me they find the taste of water bland and boring so they don’t feel like drinking it. Here are 5 ways to spice up your water!
- Add fruits or veggies into your water!
- Some of my favorites are: berries, cucumber, mint, lemon, and lime.
- Drink sparkling water – it could be flavored or unflavored!
- Add your favorite tea to your water!
- Add electrolytes.
- My absolute favorite flavor is Liquid IV’s sugar free white peach!
- Add some ice cubes made with fruit or tea. Drink the water from fun glassware and add a straw!
- Sometimes it’s the smallest changes that can get you excited to drink water!
