As a trainer, I noticed stretching is often neglected in our fitness routines. We’re so excited and eager to work out that sometimes we skip warming up with dynamic stretches and cooling down with static stretches.

Stretching is so important for our flexibility! Making time to stretch before and after your workouts can make a difference in your fitness and recovery! Incorporating it in our warm up is crucial for preventing injuries while static stretching after our workout is important in improving flexibility and blood flow.
