Everything is okay in moderation! Halloween only comes once a year so eating candies on this day isn’t going to derail your progress. Also be sure to stay hydrated and eat balanced meals throughout the day so you’re not ravenous. Being really hungry can sometimes cause us to overeat! Another tip is to eat healthier throughout the day if you know you’re going to out to eat or to a party. It’s all about balance!
