Benefits of Virtual Training & Online Training

Besides in person training sessions, I also train virtually through Zoom and create customized online training programs via Trainerize. In this week’s post, I’ll break down the benefits of both!

Virtual Training Sessions

Virtual training is a great option if you’re not able to train with me in-person due to distance or a very busy schedule. You can train in the comfort of your own home as long as you have a device with Zoom! You don’t have to drive or even leave your house to get a training session with me! I’ve trained clients who lived hours away from LA and even those who lived in other states. You still get individualized attention from me as if we were training in person but without the distractions of the gym or having to share equipment. If you have limited workout equipment, no worries! We can get creative with the equipment you have as well as bodyweight exercises.

Online Training Programs

I have 4 week and 8 week online training programs that I can customize specifically for your fitness goals! This is great if you’re not able to train one on one but still want guidance from me. By using the app Trainerize, I create and share the workouts with you through the app. The workouts have videos of each exercise, and I include sets, reps, and weight. Once you’re done with the workout, you mark the workout as complete so I know you’ve done it! It’s the most convenient and flexible form of training. The workouts are scheduled in your calendar, but you can do them at any time of the day or reschedule the workouts if needed. We also do a monthly check in to see how you’re doing and if we need to make any adjustments. Instead of sending you a file of your workout program, this is a more interactive way to see your workouts, track them, and still get accountability and guidance from me!
