Summer officially starts Sunday June 21st! I’m already enjoying the warmer weather and later sunsets. With the change of season also brings a change of produce.

For some meal and snack ideas try these:
- Apples with peanut butter
- Grilled asparagus, mushrooms, onions, and zucchini (great for BBQs)
- Grilled corn & bell peppers (also great for BBQs)
- Salad with spinach, tomatoes, and cucumbers
- Roast eggplant
- Avocado toast or guacamole
- Blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries as a topper for Greek yogurt or oatmeal (or eat the berries as is!)
- Fruit salad with pineapples, honeydew, and watermelon
- Steamed broccoli is one of our favorite sides
- Cherries, apricots, and plums as a mid day or late night snack
- Lemon or lime juice for an extra zest in your dish or water
