Happy Lunar New Year!

Happy Lunar New Year! The year of the horse started on Tuesday 2/17. Growing up, Lunar New Year was always one of my favorite holidays. I loved spending time with family, eating lots of food, and celebrating with loved ones. Even if you don’t celebrate, I still want to wish you a happy Lunar New Year! 🧧 May this new year bring you health, abundance, and happiness!

This year marks the Year of the Fire Horse, which symbolizes action, movement, and transformation. It’s a beautiful reminder that forward momentum doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to begin! Let’s use this new year to re-ignite our spark and take action towards our fitness goals. What’s one simple thing you can do today to get your closer to where you want to be? Let me know! I’d love to hear from you! One action I’ll take today is fueling my body with food and proper hydration earlier in the day. Sometimes I’m so busy that I don’t eat much or drink enough water in the morning.

The energy and spirit of the new year always re-energizes me. I see it as another fresh start. It’s a reminder that new beginnings aren’t limited to one date, and honestly, every single day is another chance to reset, refocus, and start again!
