Today’s the first day of the year and a great day to prepare yourself for the future. Here are some questions to get you ready for what’s next in 2026!

  1. What are some things you’d like to start? These could be habits, hobbies, skills, adventures, or new experiences!
  2. What are some things you’d want to stop? These could be doomscrolling, sleeping late, or procrastinating.
  3. What are things you’d like to continue?
  4. What are a few big goals for this year? How will you make them SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound)?
  5. What needs to happen for you to call this your best year ever?

Take some time to check in and ask yourself who you’d like to become and the goals you’d like to achieve this year!
