I can’t believe we’re in a new month already! 2026 is already flying by! In honor of the new month, it’s time for another check-in. Pause a moment and ask yourself these questions:
- How am I actually feeling right now?
- How is my energy lately?
- How does my body feel?
- What kind of movement sounds supportive right now?
There’s no right answer here. These questions are meant for reflection. I want you to check in and see how you feel and how your body feels! It’s nice to check in especially since this time of year can be tough to stay motivated. We’re settling back into routines, navigating cold and flu season, and trying to stay warm in these colder months.
If you’ve been crushing your workouts, that’s great! If your fitness journey hasn’t been going the way you want it to, that’s okay too. Fitness isn’t about perfection. We all have good and bad days so it’s important to practice self-compassion. Sometimes showing up for yourself looks like a workout, or sometimes it looks like rest, lighter movement, more sleep, or better hydration. Showing up for yourself by making healthy choices in any form is an act of self-love! 💛
