Last Month of 2025 – A Time of Reflection

I can’t believe 2026 is officially 4 weeks away! Don’t worry if you feel like you’re running out of time. I think we put too much pressure on ourselves to accomplish the goals we set out in the beginning of the year, and we end up being really hard on ourselves if we didn’t accomplish everything. We still have a month left of the year, which is a beautiful time to reflect and appreciate our achievements in 2025 and set ourselves up for success in 2026!

I’m all about progress and not so much about perfection. What are some ways you progressed this year? Answer these questions to help you reflect and appreciate what you’ve done this year:

  • What are you grateful for?
  • What skills did you gain?
  • What habits did you build?
  • What did you do this year that you wouldn’t have done last year?
  • What are you proud of?
  • What disappointed you this year?
  • What challenges did you overcome?
  • What did you learn about yourself?

I’m sure you’ll be surprised by some of your answers to these questions! I know I was! Sometimes we’re so focused on what we want and where we want to be that we don’t realize how much we have and what we have accomplished.

Take this moment to appreciate you and your hard work, and give yourself a pat on the back! End this year with intention and self-compassion so you can set yourself up for more success in 2026!
