Mid-Year Check-In!

Hello June! This year is flying by! How are we already halfway through 2026?!

This is the perfect time to check in with yourself, reflect, and adjust any habits or goals you set at the beginning of the year.

Ask yourself:

What’s been working for me?
What hasn’t been working for me?
What changes can I make moving forward?

If things have been going great, keep it up! If things haven’t gone the way you planned, that’s okay too. Progress isn’t linear, and there’s no better time than now to make changes so you can finish the year strong.

Maybe some of the habits or goals you set were a little too overwhelming or unrealistic. Instead of giving up completely, try making them smaller and simpler. Small, sustainable habits are easier to stick to and can lead to big results over time. For example. if your goal was to work out 5 times a week, bring it down to 2 or 3 times a week. It’s about building the foundation and setting yourself up for success!

Remember, you don’t need to wait for a new week, a new month, or a new year to reset. You can start again at any time. We also have so much of 2026 left to make healthy changes and accomplish our fitness goals!

Keep showing up, stay consistent, and trust the process! You’re doing better than you think!
