Tips To Relieve Soreness

We’ve all been there where we’ve worked out too hard, and now we can’t move because we’re so sore! I have done this one too many times! Here are some tips to relieve soreness:

  1. Move – doing a light workout, walk, or some movement actually helps with soreness
    • You might not feel like moving, but it definitely helps! As much as you don’t want to move, it can cause you to be more stiff.
  2. Stretch
    • Stretching can do wonders on sore muscles!
  3. Foam rolling or massage
  4. Epsom salt bath
  5. CBD balm, Tiger balm, Salonpas, or pain-relief topical

These won’t make your soreness go away faster, but they can provide relief until it subsides!
