If you know me, then you know I love affirmations. They’re a great way to affirm how amazing you are and how you can achieve anything! Recently I’ve been using them while I workout. It was actually unintentional. I usually work out by myself, and sometimes it takes a lot of will power and motivation to work out on my own so I would encourage or “hype myself up” when I get tired or lose motivation. Here are some workouts affirmations I’ve shared with my clients and a few extra ones!
- I am stepping into this workout with confidence.
- I am energized and ready to give it my all.
- I am excited to challenge my body.
- I am strong and capable.
- I am taking care of my body, inside and out.
- I am nurturing my health every day.
- I am in the zone, making every second count.
- I am giving my best in this workout.
- I am committed to my fitness success.
- I prioritize my health and well-being.
- I am creating a fit and healthy life.
- I am getting stronger with each workout.
- I am becoming the healthiest and most confident version of me.
- I can accomplish anything I set my mind to.
- My body is capable of amazing things.
