10 Reasons Why I Love Training

Hi fitness family! I want to be more open with you so here are my 10 reasons why I love training clients:

  1. I love helping people. It’s so rewarding!
  2. I have a great time in all my training sessions!
  3. I find the human body and kinesiology fascinating.
  4. I love the feeling after a workout, and I love helping others feel great after their workout too. 
  5. I change peoples’ fitness, physique, and their lives.
  6. I help others gain confidence in and out of the gym!
  7. The social component of training is really fun!
  8. It’s a great combination of being active and also doing some administrative work. 
  9. I enjoy teaching. My knowledge of the body and exercise benefits others! 
  10. Seeing others happy and empowered makes me happy and empowered too.
