Sometimes we get so caught up in our day, we barely drink any water. I’ve been guilty of this one too many times. Here are some ways you can increase your water intake!
- Drink a glass of water upon waking up.
- Drink a glass of water before and/or after your meal.
- Drink a glass after your workout.
- Have a water bottle or cup of water with you at all times.
- I carry my Stanley everywhere!
- Track your water intake. I use the health app on my phone to track how much water I’ve been drinking that day.
- Eat fruits and vegetables that have a high water content.
- Melons, strawberries, cucumbers, and tomatoes are a few of the many produce that are high in water content.
- If you don’t like the taste of water, you can spice it up with berries, lemon, or electrolyte mixes!
- Tea can also be a hydrating drink.
