Winter Arc Ready!

You’re probably thinking, what in the world is a winter arc? This period is from October to December, where we take time to reflect and accomplish some goals before winter and January hits, so that way we have the foundation and momentum to continue crushing our goals into the new year! We’ll also be consistent and motivated before it starts getting dark and cold in the winter.

I posted about getting ready for the winter arc in my newsletter a few weeks ago. Here are some questions to reflect on and get you started on you transformation!

  • What did I accomplish this year?
  • What did I learn this year?
  • What do I want to leave behind?
  • What are my goals for 2025? It can be fitness, health, or any other aspects of life. Be specific as possible!
  • How can I track the progress I’ve made towards these goals?
  • Are the actions I’m taking relevant to my goals?
  • Are my goals realistic? If it seems too big to accomplish by January, make your goals smaller!
  • What would happen if I started today?
  • What would happen if I didn’t start today?
  • How can I start today?

Here are some things you can do to get started!!

  • Set clear intentions
  • Create an action plan
  • Make time for exercise
  • Nourish your body
  • Make time to relax
  • Get enough sleep
  • Spend time in nature
  • Start that hobby
  • Practice gratitude
  • Spend time with loved ones/meet new people
  • Limits on screen time
  • Be kind to yourself
  • Celebrate your wins – big and small
  • Enjoy the journey
  • Trust the process
